One of the largest international activewear clothing companies based out of Brazil, LIVE!, is coming to Brickell City Centre. The retailer, due to open in the Fall of 2016, has 10 stores in Brazil however this one will be it’s first in the U.S.
In this transaction, LIVE! was represented by Donald Shapiro, Broker Associate of RESF, and SWIRE Properties represented the landlord on the other side of the transaction. Shapiro, who is a chair member of the BNI South Beach chapter, stated “Brickell City Centre is set to bring urban living to the Brickell neighborhood, making it an ideal location for my client”.
Live! will be located on the same block as Steve Madden, Pandora and Sunglass Hut. According to LIVE!, “We are passionate about fashion, health and wellness. Our purpose is to inspire you to reach your dreams of a more active, healthier and happier life.”
