Brickell is an urban neighborhood that along with Downtown serves as South Florida’s major financial district. Brickell is also a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers.

Referred to as the “Manhattan of the South”, Brickell has the largest concentration of international banks in the US, mostly along Brickell Avenue, Brickell’s main north-south avenue and along Miami Avenue, home to Mary Brickell Village – an open aired area that includes many popular Miami restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. Today, Brickell is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Miami and is served by the Miami Metro rail at the Brickell Station and by 5 stations of the Metro mover’s Brickell Loop.
